This class is for regular yogis who wish to take their asana practice to the next level.

Yoga is about the journey, not the destination. When we break down postures in easy to digest pieces, you discover your own inner strength, learn to accept and have gratitude what your own unique body can do, overcome fear and continually challenge yourself in a safe environment.
Sometimes it can be about observing how your react in a new situation. Sometimes it’s the joy of finding steadiness and balance in a pose you never thought possible. It doesn’t matter if we actually ever “nail” the pose - we all get to laugh and support each other on our own journeys.
This 75 minute Level 2 class is based on the principles of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga to develop strength, flexibility and endurance. Classes are taught with a 4 week overall theme to guide you into poses you never thought possible. Plenty of options are given so that everyone has a chance to practice at their own level.
Just like a ballerina, soccer player or musician need to have a regular routine to hone their craft, you will discover the consistency of Ashtanga yoga will develop your asana practice to the next level.
My classes are kept small for individual attention and you will be part of a friendly community of like-minded yogis. No extra heat needed (we make our own!).
