One-on-one
- Have you always wanted to try yoga, but been put off by the look of large studio classes?
- Do time restrictions or parenthood mean that you really need an instructor that can come to you?
- Are you already a seasoned yogi but have questions that your teacher just can't cover in a normal group yoga class?
Private yoga classes are tailored to specifically meet your unique needs, desires and goals.
Work with me to start a yoga practice with good foundations and technique, take your practice to the next level by working on specific yoga postures or I can design a practice to address your unique requirements. You may want to balance sporting injuries, learn a pre or post workout yoga routines, try yin yoga with teacher assisted postures (think Thai Massage with long holds), address pain or reduce stress with meditation and Yoga Nidra. Kids and iPads welcome.
Students will be given a posture folder, massage kit, "homework" sequences each week and will be expected to develop their own home practice which may include self-massage techniques, yin yoga stretches, a yoga routine and meditation and breathing exercises. I will continue to evolve your practice over the sessions so that you continue to get the most out of our time together.
For best results, I recommend scheduling one-on-one sessions every 1-4 weeks with suggested homework recommended at least once a week.
Pricing
Single class $150/hr ($20 per additional person), first session (new student) 75mins.
Packages - 4 x 1 hour classes for $400, 12 month expiry, includes folder, written program.
Initial consult with all packages includes a bonus 30 minutes to get to know each other. Travel fee may apply.
Roll Model Method®
Prevent and manage pain and discomfort with regular body work at your convenience. This is the ultimate massage package you to learn the 9 different Roll Model "Roll and Release" massage techniques, identify your problem areas and then tailor a program specifically for you to work with at home. You will learn the skills to maintain and "tune up" your body.
- Postural assessment and history
- Learn and explore the 9 different rolling techniques using all 4 different sizes of Tune Up Fitness/Yoga Tune Up balls
- Personalised therapy ball and stretch routine to address your needs
- Written notes are provided
Please allow 2-2.5 hours.
Roll and Release package $250 2.5 hours
(or $300 as 2 x 75 minute sessions)
Travel fee $20 per distances over 5km from Goodwood area applies
All private clients - please fill in my application form so I can get a better insight into your needs, this will be followed with a meeting or phone consult before our first session together.
(Free travel within 5km from Goodwood area, Adelaide, otherwise travel fee is calculated on the rate of $20 per 5km increment). Classes may also be organized at a studio location where client will be charged any associated rental costs.
Please note that new clients may be required to attend one of my public classes to get to know you better before working one-on-one.

A small group class is a great way to practice yoga with friends, workmates or sports team at a time and venue that suits you. The sessions are tailored to your unique requirements - whether your focus is self-massage techniques, injury prevention, building strength, flexibility or stress relief.
