This class is for all levels looking to build a strong foundation in their yoga practice.
🌟 Are you looking to start a yoga practice to develop strength, flexibility and mental calm?
🌟 Have you been practicing for a while but are not sure how to build strength to take your practice further?
🌟 Can you dedicate 10 weeks to journey through the practice in a safe, nurturing environment?
Yoga is about the journey, not the destination. Poses become building blocks on the ones before, understanding how the poses work becomes important to continue to develop your practice. When we break down postures in easy to digest pieces, you discover your own inner strength, learn to accept and have gratitude what your own unique body can do, overcome fear and continually challenge yourself in a safe environment.
🔶 What to expect 🔶
This 75 minute Level 1 course is based on the principles of Ashtanga vinyasa yoga to develop strength, flexibility and endurance. We will specifically look at strength drills and techniques to help you understand and develop yoga postures within the Ashtanga 1/2 primary series. Plenty of options are given so that everyone has a chance to practice at their own level.
By committing to 10 weeks, students will continue to grow, build and uplift each other in their individual journey. This course will take us right up until the Christmas break and give you the inspiration and motivation to finish 2017 being the best you can.
My classes are kept small for individual attention and you will be part of a friendly community of
like-minded yogis. No extra heat needed (we make our own!).
