6 Week class plan
The course will consist of 6 classes held once a week, with a different theme each week. The themes I have proposed are
Chest and back opening
Hips, ITB, illiopsoas release
Abdominal and core activation
Shoulders and wrist therapy
Self massage techniques and restorative yoga using props
Cost will be $100 for all 6 sessions (1hr 15mins each) or $20 per casual visit. This includes any prop hire (blankets and bolsters are $3 each per person) and venue hire.
