    Survey - 6 week yoga course for cyclists/runners

    Information will not be supplied to third parties. The purpose will be purely for notification of upcoming events or last minute cancellations. You can opt out at any time.
    6 Week class plan
    The course will consist of 6 classes held once a week, with a different theme each week.  The themes I have proposed are
    1. Chest and back opening
    2. Hips, ITB, illiopsoas release
    3. Abdominal and core activation
    4. Shoulders and wrist therapy
    5. Self massage techniques and restorative yoga using props
    6. Integration
    Cost will be $100 for all 6 sessions (1hr 15mins each) or $20 per casual visit.  This includes any prop hire (blankets and bolsters are $3 each per person) and venue hire.
